Aramark UK is seeking a Group Chef to lead the culinary offer across Nantwich, Alsager, Crewe and Macclesfield, inspiring catering teams and delivering engaging menus for students and staff.

The role is term-time only with school holidays off, Monday to Friday, offering career progression within Aramark’s network and opportunities to influence dining experiences across several schools.

Formación

• Experience in catering, hospitality or food service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Solid understanding of food safety/hygiene standards.
• Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• DBS check clearance or the ability to pass.

Responsabilidades

• Develop exciting, nutritious menus across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Group Manager and stakeholders on food concepts.
• Lead and support catering teams; drive quality and innovation.
• Deliver projects from concept to implementation.
• Monitor food costs, waste and operating expenses.
• Champion customer service and student engagement.
• Support launch of new products and initiatives.
• Build strong supplier relationships; ensure quality and value.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
