Job summary

Inclusion IQ LTD is seeking a Group Business Development Manager to lead cross-border growth from our Belfast HQ, with flexibility to travel to the ROI. Drive expansion of ambient and specialised warehousing solutions for FMCG, pharma, and related sectors across ROI and NI.

The role requires identifying opportunities, pitching, and closing multi-year contracts, while managing ROI, pricing, and SLAs, and engaging senior stakeholders at events and networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of successful business development within logistics, contract warehousing, or supply chain services.
• Proven track record securing high-value warehousing/storage contracts with FMCG, food, beverage, or pharma clients.
• Ability to calculate ROI, cost-per-pallet, and pricing structures for complex contracts.
• Strategic thinker able to analyse client supply chains and tailor warehousing space configurations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience closing long-term SLAs and trade agreements.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders (C-suite, procurement).
• Self-motivated, resilient and goal-oriented with the ability to pursue enterprise leads across NI/ROI.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue high-potential warehouse opportunities within FMCG and pharma sectors.
• Develop and execute a robust business development strategy for contract logistics and warehousing.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing multi-year storage agreements.
• Manage the allocated BD budget to maximise ROI and growth.
• Build trust-based relationships with external supply chain decision-makers and coordinate with operations.
• Represent the business at logistics, supply chain, and FMCG events to position the company as a premier partner.
