Job summary

Princes Group PLC seeks a Group Asset Care Engineering Manager to shape maintenance excellence across Bradford and other locations, with regular travel. You will oversee asset-care governance, drive reliability, and implement predictive maintenance while aligning with safety and lifecycle value across the organisation.

The role demands strategic leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of improving asset performance in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a relevant or related engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in asset management, reliability engineering, or maintenance leadership.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and govern group-wide asset-care standards, processes, and KPIs.
• Establish a unified engineering governance framework across sites.
• Lead transition from reactive to proactive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Drive reliability engineering, condition-based monitoring, and failure-prevention programmes.
• Analyse asset performance data to identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental compliance across sites.
