Qualifications

• Experience in competition litigation and group actions.
• Ability to handle cartel and abuse of dominance claims.
• Experience with damages claims and funded litigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle cartel and abuse of dominance claims (Chapter I & II).
• Manage competition damages claims, including funded litigation.
• Lead collective actions before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, ideally with opt‑out regime experience.
• Provide pre‑action advice, develop claims, and identify new litigation opportunities.
• Experience in group litigation, securities claims, consumer actions or ESG‑related litigation is a plus.
