Vasto Legal Recruitment Ltd is sourcing a Competition Litigation Senior Associate for a leading international law firm in London. The role focuses on a broad range of competition disputes in the Dispute Resolution team, requiring 5+ PQE and strong experience with CAT or High Court proceedings.

You will advise on collective proceedings, cartel damages, and abuse of dominance, serving claimants and defendants across sectors.

Competition Litigation Senior Associate (5+ PQE)

We are working with an international law firm on a position within the Competition Litigation team, part of the wider Dispute Resolution department, in their London office. The position is for a 5+ PQE Senior Associate.

You will be working on a broad range of competition disputes, covering opt-out collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, follow-on and standalone cartel damages claims, and abuse of dominance claims. The team acts for both claimants and defendants across sectors including technology, telecoms, life sciences, financial services and energy.

The team has also acted on some of the most significant competition cases before the English courts. Much of the work is cross-border and often runs alongside regulatory investigations by the CMA and European Commission. You will act for major corporates on high-value, complex litigation.

This position is ideally suited to an individual with:

• 5+ years PQE in competition litigation, ideally including matters before the CAT or High Court and experience of collective proceedings or damages claims
• Background at a leading City law firm, US firm or specialist disputes boutique
• England & Wales qualification
