Distinct | B Corp is seeking a hands-on Company Accountant to take ownership of the finance function across its group. The role is based in Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire, offering hybrid working with an element of home working.

You will manage ledgers, invoicing, VAT, cash flow forecasting and monthly management accounts, while driving improvements through automation. You will work closely with the Managing Director, shape reporting, and enhance systems across several businesses in the group.

Formación

• Experience producing management accounts and improving finance processes.
• Strong Xero knowledge and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Interest in automation and smarter ways of working within a small group.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain ledgers, invoicing and payment runs; manage VAT and cash flow forecasting.
• Produce monthly management accounts pack for directors with clear visibility across businesses.
• Take ownership of the finance function and drive process improvements in reporting and controls.
