Job summary

Teamforce Labour is currently seeking 2 experienced Groundworks Supervisors for an immediate start on Monday at the Isle of Grain, Kent. You will supervise groundworks/civils teams, oversee drainage, ducting and roadway works, and ensure works are completed safely and to programme.

Applicants must hold a Gold CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, and have strong site health and safety knowledge, with prior supervision experience. On-site parking is provided.

Qualifications

• Gold CSCS Card is required.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.
• Prior experience supervising groundworks/civils teams.
• Strong understanding of site health & safety.
• Experience overseeing drainage, ducting and roadway works.

Responsibilities

• Supervising groundworks teams and daily site activities.
• Overseeing drainage, ducting and roadway build-up works.
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Conducting briefings and ensuring RAMS are followed.
• Liaising with site management and other contractors.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship.
