Job summary

You will supervise multiple teams and subcontractors, develop detailed schedules, monitor daily site activity, and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience on groundworks or civil projects.
• Experience supervising construction sites with groundworks focus.
• Strong leadership and motivation skills for multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
• Effective communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise groundworks teams to complete tasks safely and per specs.
• Develop detailed work schedules coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor daily site operations and resolve delays promptly.
• Enforce health and safety regulations with regular inspections.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to report progress.
• Manage resources including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Oversee quality control to meet standards and client expectations.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain site documentation including progress reports and safety records.
• Identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
