Responsibilities
Commercial management of groundworks and RC packages
Cost forecasting, valuations and cash flow management
Preparation and submission of applications for payment
Managing variations, change control and final accounts
Working under NEC and JCT forms of contract
Procurement and management of supply chain subcontractors
Supporting site teams with commercial reporting and risk management
Skills
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within groundworks and/or reinforced concrete
Strong understanding of subcontractor commercial processes
Working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts
Confidence managing packages independently on live projects
