Job summary

Axis CLC Group is recruiting experienced Multi Traders to support our Optivo Maintenance Direct contract across Sittingbourne and surrounding areas. The role covers groundworks, paving, drainage and general property maintenance in occupied homes and communal areas.

You will diagnose faults, deliver cost-effective repairs with minimal supervision, and work with modern digital job-management tools while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in groundworks and external building repairs.
• Ideally qualified or time-served in groundworks or general building.
• Experience with paving, concrete works, drainage repairs.
• Knowledge of brickwork, rendering and external property maintenance.
• Experience working in occupied residential properties.
• Ability to diagnose defects and propose repairs independently.
• Flexible to undertake multi-trade repairs beyond primary trade.
• Willingness to undertake DBS check and possess a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake groundworks, external building repairs and general property maintenance.
• Carry out paving repairs and installations on pathways and patios.
• Repair drainage defects, including underground sections and gullies.
• Complete brickwork, repointing and rendering repairs.
• Undertake boundary walls, fencing and external features repairs.
• Work independently to complete repairs safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain excellent customer service when working in occupied properties.
• Adhere to health and safety and company standards.
