Understanding the pay rates

• £22 per hour: CSCS card and proven civils experience
• £24 per hour: CSCS card and civils experience, plus additional qualifications such as plant tickets and SSSTS

• Taking on a leadership role within the team, guiding and supporting colleagues
• Helping to keep work running safely, efficiently and to a high standard

What we re looking for

Essential:

• Valid CSCS/CPCS card
• Experience in a civils background

Desirable:

• Plant tickets
• SSSTS
• Solar farm experience (an advantage, but not essential)
