Job summary
PSR Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager to join the Commercial team, covering the East & West Midlands. The role involves managing groundworks projects, producing site programmes and guiding commercial decisions to meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contracts management, proven experience with groundworks, and up-to-date qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.), plus a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as Contracts Manager
- Experience managing Groundworks projects is essential
- Proven track record delivering projects to tight programmes
- Up to date qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.)
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Full UK valid driving licence
Responsibilities
- Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade
- Prioritise workload, manage and provide solutions to issues in relation to contracts assigned
- Attend site meetings with client and sub-contractors, produce accurately recorded minutes
- Work closely with Commercial and Procurement team to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets
- Ensure Health & Safety regulations are met in accordance with current legislation
- Assist Commercial team and Directors with final account preparation
