Job summary

LNT Care Developments is seeking an experienced Groundworks Contracts Manager to oversee delivery on projects across the South East England, including Ramsgate. You will manage multiple sites, coordinate deep drainage, RC foundations, and external works while ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include preparing RAMS, maintaining site records, and leading a team of operatives with a focus on timely completion and compliance with health and safety legislation.

Qualifications

• Extensive groundworks contract management experience.
• Ability to oversee multiple sites concurrently in the Southeast.
• Knowledge of current health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Competent to prepare RAMS for site operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget/time control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery on groundworks contracts across Southeast England.
• Manage 5–7 projects with 7+ operatives per site.
• Write and maintain RAMS for sites and tasks.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate take-offs from design drawings for materials and plant.

Groundworks Contracts Manager (Ramsgate)

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedGroundworks Contracts Managerto support delivery on our projects in and aroundSouth East England.

Requirements:

• 10 years plus experience in a Groundworks Contracts managers role.
• Ability to manage 5-7No projects throughout the Southeast of England concurrently with a minimum of 7No operatives per site.
• Experience and knowledge of current health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Competent to write site specific RAMS.
• Commitment to achieving a high standard of quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong commercial awareness and competent with working within allocated budget and timeframe for each site.
• Experience in deep drainage, RC foundations, strip foundations, ducting of services, and all external works.
• Competent in completing take offs from design drawings for material and plant requisitions.
• Good communication skills and good record keeping.

Salary DOE with discretionary bonus. No company vehicle.
