Job summary

Morson Vital are looking for several Groundworkers to start on a long-term rail project across sites between Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Initial enabling work is expected to run for around 6-9 months, before moving onto drainage and other works.

Hours are 07:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, with umbrella-only pay. You must hold a valid CSCS card and have previous site experience to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CSCS card.
• Previous experience working on site.

Responsibilities

• Prep and clearance for the compound.
• Lay track matting and excavate trenches.
• Fence around trenches and provide site security.

Job description

Morson Vital are looking for several Groundworkers to start with one of our clients. Initial enabling work is expected to run for around 6-9 months, before moving onto drainage etc. This is for a long-term project building a railway line between Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Multiple sites are between these two areas.

Requirements for the role of Groundworkers -

• You must hold a valid CSCS card
• Previous experience working on site
• Initial duties to include: prepping, and clearance for the compound, laying track matting, then excavation of trenches, fencing around trenches etc
