Job summary

MadiganGill Ltd in Portishead is seeking a 3-man Groundworks Gang for approximately 12 months, starting on 21/09/2026. The works will involve primarily deep drainage excavation and installation alongside some kerb laying when needed.

The gang comprises 1 ganger and 2 experienced groundworkers. CPCS/NPORS tickets must include a CSCS logo, and the dumper operator must hold a full UK driving licence. Working hours are 07:30 – 17:00.

Qualifications

• Reliable and able to work as part of a 3-man gang.
• CPCS/NPORS tickets for plant operators; NPORS tickets must have a CSCS Logo.
• Dumper driver must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

MadiganGill are looking for a 3-man Groundworks Gang for approximately 12 Months of work in Portishead BS20 starting on 21/09/2026.

The works will involve primarily deep drainage excavation and installation alongside some kerb laying when needed.

Gang Requirements:

• 1 Ganger
• 2 Experienced Groundworkers

Between the gang tickets must be covered for a 360 excavator, a Dumper and a Roller.

Working Hours:

• 07:30 - 17:00
