Job summary

Apex Engineering Solutions is recruiting a Groundworker Supervisor to lead groundworks teams across renewable energy and electrical infra projects. Based in Hull, you will manage utilities, EV charging and civils works nationwide, ensuring safety and quality.

This permanent, 40-hour week (Mon–Fri) role offers £47,840 per annum, a company van for private use, overtime, pension, career progression and 21 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, plus a birthday day off.

Qualifications

• Utilities or infrastructure experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• CPCS/NPORS Machinery.
• SSSTS or SMSTS desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to travel.
• Full UK driving licence.

Overview

Due to growth we are currently for a Groundworker Supervisor on behalf of one of the UK’s fastest-growing renewable energy and electrical infrastructure companies.

Established over 10 years, they specialise in Solar PV, solar battery storage, and EV charging systems, managing every stage from initial design and planning through to installation and maintenance.

They do a lot of work for automotive dealerships including BMW, Volvo and Peugeot. They also do work on retail parks, farms, manufacturers, charging forecourts, hotels and within the educational sector.

As the Groundworker Supervisor you will lead groundworks teams delivering electrical infrastructure, EV charging and utility projects nationwide. Ideal for an experienced supervisor with utilities, civils or infrastructure experience.

This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, paying £47,840 per annum. You will also receive a day off on your birthday. The company are based in Hull but the majority of the work is working away.
