Job summary

VanRath Search & Selection is seeking a Groundworker (Social Housing) for Londonderry, Northern Ireland. The role involves hands-on groundworks across void and tenanted properties, including kerbing, flagging, fencing, roofing and general site maintenance.

You will carry out tasks safely, load/unload materials, and work with a team to keep social housing areas safe and well-presented. A full driving licence is preferred.

Salary: GBP13.5 - GBP14.5 per hour

Make a visible difference in local communities by helping maintain safe, well-presented social housing properties across Derry. This hands‑on role offers varied work across both void and tenanted properties, from kerbing and flagging to fencing, roofing and general groundworks.

Salary / Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am–5.00pm
• £13.50-£14.50 p/h DOE (Salary Review after 6 months)
• Varied work across void and tenanted properties
