Job summary

Vanrath is seeking a hands-on maintenance operative to support social housing properties in Derry. The role covers groundworks, kerbing, flagging, blockwork and concreting, with duties across void and tenanted properties.

You will install and repair fencing, undertake roofing tasks as required, and handle materials safely while maintaining tidy, compliant work sites. Driving licence preferred and CSR Card desirable.

Salary / Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm
• £13.50-£14.50 p/h DOE (Salary Review after 6 months)
