Job summary

4Recruitment Services Ltd. is seeking a Groundworker to operate on-site duties across North Yorkshire. You will perform groundworks, install lighting assets, and assist with basic electrical tasks under safety protocols. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, on a temp ongoing basis.

Pay is £16.39 per hour PAYE. Training for HIAB and other equipment is available. Recruitment adheres to safe practices and equal opportunities guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Groundworks: digging, reinstatement, tarmac, flags, block paving.
• Install lighting columns & roadside assets.
• Operate Class 2 LGVs + HIAB lifting equipment (HIAB training offered).
• Set up traffic management + work safely on site.
• Support electricians with basic tasks underground and above ground.
