Job summary

Think Recruitment are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a mobile two-person team in North Yorkshire. You will perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning and weed control across multiple sites with a flexible schedule. The role is permanent with 45 hours a week and travel time paid.

Starting ASAP, salary is competitive (£12.75–£13.75 per hour) with regular extra summer hours and opportunities for progression. Training and licenses are available where required.

Qualifications

• Grounds maintenance experience including grass cutting, hedge/shrub trimming, pruning and weed control.
• Ability to work in a mobile two-person team across different sites.
• PA1/PA6 spraying licenses or willingness to obtain them.
