Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Groundworker to join our Birmingham-based Response team, carrying out reactive repairs for domestic customers. The role offers a 39-hour week with a competitive basic salary and potential bonuses, plus a company van and fuel card.

You’ll undertake external domestic groundworks, including fencing, paving, brickwork pointing and small concrete areas, always focusing on safety and excellent customer service. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade; domestic or social housing experience desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills are important.

Responsabilités

• External domestic groundworks including fencing, minor paving works, brickwork pointing, and small concrete areas.
• Customer-focused: engage with residents and collaborate with your team.
• Apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues.
