Job summary

Service Care Solutions is recruiting a skilled groundworker for our housing association client in Tonbridge. You will be responsible for fencing installations and ground preparation, ensuring each job is completed to a high standard.

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, immediate start available. Applicants should have proven groundworks/fencing experience, a valid UK driving licence, and a reliable, punctual attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ground worker and/or fencer.

Responsibilities

• Installing fencing (timber, metal, mesh).
• Preparing and maintaining ground surfaces for fencing projects.
• Operating machinery and tools safely on site.
• Following health and safety guidelines on site.
• Driving to and from job sites across Stevenage and nearby locations.

Pay Rate: £19.21 per hour PAYE | £24.53 per hour Umbrella (inclusive of holiday pay)

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

Requirements

• Proven experience as a ground worker and/or fencer
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to drive regularly
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
