Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Groundworker/Bricklayer to join a social housing contract in Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. The role offers a hourly rate of £20.27 with a van and fuel card provided.

Requirements include proven groundworks experience, fencing, paving, slabbing and external repairs, plus a valid CSCS skilled card and an NVQ in bricklaying, groundworks or fencing. A UK driving licence is also required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in groundworks, ideally in the social housing sector.
• Fencing, paving, slabbing and external repairs experience required.
• Valid CSCS skilled card is essential.
• NVQ in Bricklaying, groundworks or fencing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundworks and bricklaying tasks as part of social housing contracts.
• Carry out fencing, paving and external repair works as assigned.
• Maintain safety, use of PPE and CSCS standards on site.

Our client islooking for an experienced Groundworker / Bricklayer to join their team working on a social housing contract in the Skelmersdale and surrounding areas.

The pay rate for this Groundsworker / Bricklayer role is £20.27PH and this comes with a van and fuel card.
