Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced All-Round Groundworker to join a busy construction project in Cranleigh, Surrey. The role involves drainage, foundations, kerbing, edging, concreting and finishing works.

You must hold a valid CSCS card, provide references, wear full PPE, and be able to work independently or as part of a team on site. The position is full-time and paid at £21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (essential).
• Proven experience as an all-round groundworker on construction sites.
• Full PPE required.
• Ability to provide recent, checkable work references.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing underground drainage systems.
• Preparing sites for construction and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
• Operating safely alongside other trades and following site instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety regulations.

LOCATION: Cranleigh, Surrey

RATE: £21.00 per hour

HOURS: 8.5 hours paid per day
