Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworker for a social housing repairs contract in Birmingham. You will work on occupied properties, focusing on high-quality workmanship while respecting tenants and their homes.

The role includes slabbing, paving, fencing repairs and installations, gravel laying, kerb edging, and general external maintenance. The job offers ongoing social housing repairs work with a Bristol-based assignment area and consistent opportunities for the right candidate.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Groundworker.
• Blue CSCS card.
• Own van and tools.
• Good standard of workmanship.
• Able to work around tenants in occupied properties.
• Reliable and professional attitude.

We're looking for an experienced Groundworker to join a social housing repairs contract in Birmingham. There's ongoing work available for someone reliable who can get stuck in and work to a good standard.

You’ll be working on occupied properties, so you need to be mindful of tenants, respectful of their homes and able to work around them professionally.

The work includes:

• Slabbing and paving
• Fencing repairs and installations
• Laying gravel
• Kerb edging
• General external repairs and maintenance

What we're looking for:
