Job summary

Fraser Edwards Recruitment are recruiting a Groundworker for a permanent role with a leading Social Housing Contractor. The role covers fencing, paving, concrete works, bollards, and brickwork on various sites.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a similar trade, a full UK driving licence, and a core trade qualification is desirable but not essential. Overtime and van provided are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar groundworks role.
• Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred for site operations.

Responsibilities

• Fencing works to specification and safety standards.
• Paving/slabbing works including preparing surfaces and laying slabs.
• Concrete works and finishings as required on site.
• Installing bollards and basic brickwork where needed.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Groundworks team.

The Role:

• Fencing Works
• Paving/slabbing works
• Concrete Works
• Installing bollards
• Brickwork

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Driver's Licence

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Lunch Break
