Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Groundworker for domestic property maintenance in London/Kingston upon Thames. The role covers fencing, brickwork, concreting and general maintenance in social housing or private domestic properties, with focus on reliable service to tenants.

The ideal candidate will have proven groundworking or related trades experience and the ability to work independently, ensuring quality standards while interacting with tenants and client housing associations.

Qualifications

• Experience as groundworker or related trades in social housing or domestic properties.
• Ability to perform fencing, brickwork, concrete works and slabbing.
• Good customer service skills when meeting and greeting tenants.
• Proven references and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance in domestic properties (fencing, brickwork, pointing, concrete works, slabbing).
