Park Holidays UK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep our park well-maintained, clean, and inviting. You will handle lawn care, hedges, flowerbeds, and general gardening tasks across outdoor spaces.

Role involves moving caravans/lodges, disposing of waste, and supporting other departments. A professional, flexible team player with good communication is essential, with uniform and park policies followed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and gardening.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• A professional attitude and a positive, can-do personality.
• Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage.
• Plumbing experience would be beneficial, though not essential.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the park.

Responsibilities

• Cutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standards.
• Trimming hedges and maintaining shrubbery.
• Laying bark and maintaining flowerbeds.
• General gardening duties, including planting and upkeep of green areas.
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areas.
• Distributing deliveries to relevant departments.
• Assisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodges.
• Supporting other departments with ad hoc duties as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Litter picking and keeping park areas clean.
