Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance experience in landscapes or horticulture.
• Experience supervising a team of grounds staff.
• Knowledge of grounds maintenance techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily grounds maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.
• Plan routine maintenance: mowing, trimming, planting, irrigation, fertilizing.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of grounds equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lawns, gardens, and paths.
