Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Rickmansworth

Full Time 40 Hours Per Week

Who are you?

• Skilled in grounds maintenance operations with awareness of all Health and Safety Legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory/leadership experience (advantageous)
• Full clean UK driving licence (required) for operating ride-on mowers, driving company vehicles, and towing trailers
• Certified in PA1 & PA6 (desirable)

• Assisting the Contract Manager and Supervisor in managing programmed maintenance effectively
• Leading by example with grounds maintenance work
• Managing security of vehicles, plant, and equipment
• Completing daily check sheets and paperwork for smooth operations
• Supporting and guiding the service delivery team, e.g., grounds maintenance operatives
• Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
