Job summary

IDVERDE LIMITED is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader for our Housebuilding division to supervise a small team while delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance on local estates. The role combines hands-on grounds work with leadership responsibilities on busy sites, on a footing of safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

You will manage tasks like mowing, edging, pruning, and spraying, while ensuring the team follows health and safety standards, maintains schedules, and collaborates

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Grounds Maintenance and leadership experience highly desirable.
• A full valid UK driving license is essential.
• CSCS card is required.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of skilled Operatives on housebuilding sites.
• Oversee grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and related duties to keep estates in good condition.

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader on our Housebuilding team and you'll be doing them all to keep local new build housing estates in wonderful condition for our client, as well as leading a small team of skilled Operatives.
