We’re looking for a Ground Maintenance Team Leader to join our fun, customer-focused team. This role is based out of our Portsmouth office, covering Eastleigh and surrounding areas. It is a full-time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Role responsibilities:

As a grounds maintenance team leader, you will lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to grounds maintenance operatives. You will plan and organise tools and equipment, follow work routines, and adjust plans as needed. You will be accountable for the quality and efficiency of grounds maintenance work, meeting targets, and supporting your supervisor to deliver value-for-money services.

You must have a full, current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and a trailer licence. Offers are subject to driving licence checks and a DBS check.
