Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Pay Rate: GBP14.71 per hour

Hours: 7am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate

Join one of the UK's leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in the BS32 area.

Job Overview:

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a small team and take responsibility for:

1. Grass and lawn cutting
2. Edging and strimming
3. Hedge trimming
4. Litter picking
5. Weed control
6. General gardening and grounds maintenance tasks
7. Operating mowers and powered tools

Requirements:

1. Experience in grounds or garden maintenance
2. A valid driver's license
3. PA1/PA6 is preferred but not essential
4. Ability to lead a small team effectively

This is a permanent position after a successful 13-week probation.
