Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Worker to join the Property Maintenance Team in the Hampshire area on a permanent basis. The role involves outdoor work across Sovereign properties, performing grounds maintenance tasks in all weather conditions.

You will be responsible for grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, spraying and turfing, and must have a valid driving licence for occasional van driving.

Qualifications

• Experience in general grounds maintenance to a high standard.
• Ride-on mower and trailer experience preferred.
• Strong health and safety mindset and practices.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence with at least 1 year’s experience; may drive a company van.

Responsibilities

• General grounds maintenance on estates, play areas and properties.
• Grass cutting and strimming, including ride-on mowers.
• Pruning, weeding and spraying.
• Hedge cutting.
• Turfing and seeding.
• Sweeping and clearing paths and hard standings.
