Job summary

Sovereign Network Group is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Worker to join the Property Maintenance Team in the Hampshire area on a permanent basis. You will perform grounds maintenance tasks outdoors across our properties, ensuring high standards in all weathers.

The role requires experience in grounds maintenance, a valid driving licence with recent experience, and a strong health and safety mindset. We offer a range of benefits and a supportive, safety‑driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out general grounds maintenance to a high standard.
• Strong health and safety awareness and practices.
• Team working and reliable communication.
• Full driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience.

Responsibilities

• General grounds maintenance on estates, play areas and properties.
• Grass cutting and strimming with ride-on mowers.
• Pruning, weeding and spraying.
• Hedge cutting; Turfing and seeding.
• Sweeping and clearing paths and hard standings.
