Pertemps Bond in Lichfield is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to manage outdoor spaces across multiple sites. You will perform grass cutting, hedge pruning, weed control, pond maintenance and general landscape upkeep, contributing to long-term site success.

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential, with CSCS desirable and opportunities for training. The role offers a salary up to £28,000 per year plus a monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in grounds maintenance.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and landscape drawings.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• CSCS Card is desirable; training can be provided if required.
