Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Preston. You will deliver grounds maintenance, landscaping and environmental services across northwest sites, working in a small, supportive team to uphold safety, quality and customer care at all times.

The role requires a proactive individual able to perform grass cutting, pruning and related tasks, with competence in using landscaping tools and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Grass cutting, shrub pruning, weed control and various landscaping tasks.
• Strong team player with solid communication skills.
• Trained and competent to use and maintain a range of associated powered landscaping tool and equipment.
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
