Job summary

PPM Recruitment is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work along the M4 corridor (Reading area). The role covers grass cutting, hedges, weed control, litter collection and related landscape labour using mowers and powered tools under supervision.

Immediate start with 4 positions available. Long-term roles with potential for permanent placement. Hours typically 7am–4pm in summer and 7am–2pm in winter; flexible with preferred start times. Must have a driving license and experience.

Responsibilities

• Grass/lawn cutting, litter picking, strimming, edging, hedge cutting, weed control, using mowers and powered tools, and other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor.
