Job summary

Abri is seeking two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to maintain communal grassed areas, hedges and planting across Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell and Slough, with a fortnightly schedule and a genuine opportunity to see the impact of your work in the local community.

You will work outdoors, be practical and proactive, hold a full UK driving licence, and may have PA1/PA6AW or NPTC qualifications (desirable). A company van, fuel card and PPE are provided.

Qualifications

• Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
• A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit.
• A full UK driving licence (towing entitlement desirable).
• PA1, PA6AW or NPTC qualifications (desirable, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining communal grassed areas, hedges, shrubs and planting.
• Keeping estates clean, safe and welcoming.
• Responding to hazards and environmental issues when needed.
• Supporting soft landscaping and minor tree work.

We’re looking for two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our friendly team. Covering Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell and Slough, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule while working alongside colleagues who take pride in making a visible difference every day.

• Maintaining communal grassed areas, hedges, shrubs and planting
• Keeping estates clean, safe and welcoming
• Responding to hazards and environmental issues when needed
• Supporting soft landscaping and minor tree work
