Job description

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing . You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in Morley and travelling to sites across Yorkshire . Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation) . You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. This is a full time position where you will be working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and this will be a temporary assignment for around 4 weeks but it could be for longer.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
• General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery

Key requirements:

• Full driving licence
• Experience in using gardening power tools
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
