Job Opportunity: Grounds Maintenance Operative - M22 Area

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at a business park located in the M22 postcode area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in groundskeeping or outdoor maintenance to work in a friendly and professional environment.

Location: Business Park - M22
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: 16.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 27 weeks (Temporary - with potential to extend or move onto further contracts)

Key Responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking

• Ensuring all outdoor areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable

• Use and basic maintenance of gardening tools and equipment

• Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role is preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Good attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
