Job summary

Manpower is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance operative based in Camden (N1C 4PD) to deliver high-quality grounds care to local clients. Mon-Fri, 07:30 to 15:30, weekly pay, and a practical on-site role.

You will cut grass, strim, prune hedges, maintain flower beds, and carry out safety checks on equipment. You need to be physically fit, hold a UK driving license, be willing to learn, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Hold a full valid UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to learn and be open to training.
• Safety conscious mindset is essential.
• Experience working in a busy team and delivering high-quality service.
• Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality grounds maintenance to a range of clients in the local area.
• Perform grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning and flower bed maintenance as required.
• Ensure a safe working environment and carry out day-to-day maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Job description

Shift Times: Monday to Friday 07:30am until 15:30pm Pay Rate: £14.80 Location: Camden, N1C 4PD

Working in this role you will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality ground's maintenance service to a range of clients throughout the local area. Working within a team you will be responsible for a range of activities from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance too name a few. You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment. The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.

You will need:

• To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Hold a full valid UK Driving License.
• Willingness to learn & open to training.
• Safety conscious mindset is key.
• Capable of working safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmer's, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.).
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
• Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
