Job summary

Essential Employment Ltd in Glasgow is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the team on a temporary full-time contract. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45 and a fixed working pattern (Mon–Thu 07:00–16:00, Fri 07:00–15:00 with breaks).

Start date is as soon as possible and PVG clearance is required to begin work. Pre-employment checks including references are expected; Disclosure Scotland Basic Check is acceptable too.

Job description

• Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative
• Hourly Rate: £13.45
• Working Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
  • Friday: 07:00 – 15:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
• Start Date: As soon as possible

Vetting/Clearance: PVG clearance required (they can work whilst the PVG is pending as they start employees and buddy them up with PVG cleared people until they are cleared.

Can accept Disclosure Scotland Basic Check too

This is working Full time hours on atemporary contract basis
