Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Evesham to maintain outdoor areas to a high standard within a secure, long-term environment.

You will perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general site upkeep, with a 39-hour week on a rota. The role includes training and progression opportunities, pension and employee discounts, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticulture.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and machinery safely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work adheres to Health & Safety procedures.
