Job summary

GreenSquareAccord in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces well presented. You’ll perform turf and horticultural tasks, use strimmers and ride-on mowers, and support the Grounds Maintenance team on daily tasks.

Join a supportive team delivering high-quality grounds across our communities; a full UK driving licence is required and the role involves working outdoors in all weather as part of a larger housing and community

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or horticultural work.
• Experience using strimmers and ride-on mowers.
• A full UK driving licence (shared van available).
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain GreenSquareAccord-owned land across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
• Carry out daily grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Grounds Maintenance Manager.
• Follow safe working practices and participate in team risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Housing, Commercial and Responsive Maintenance teams.

We re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team, helping to maintain and enhance GreenSquareAccord-owned land across Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. From playing fields and landscaped areas to a variety of horticultural tasks, you ll play an important role in keeping our communities looking their best. Working as part of a supportive team, you ll carry out daily grounds maintenance duties as directed by the Grounds Maintenance Manager while following safe working practices and team risk assessments. You ll also work closely with colleagues across Housing, Commercial, Responsive Maintenance and Empty Homes teams.
