About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ground Maintenance Operative to join our rapidly expanding team within a Grounds Maintenance Team. You will work as part of a team ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction for our clients. Responsibilities include:

• Clearing grounds of all litter
• Cutting grass and bushes
• If qualified, weed spraying and use of chain saws, etc.

Role Criteria:

• Willing to work in all weather conditions as the work is outdoors
• Full UK Driving License
• Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Operative or in domestic/social housing (preferred but not essential)
• PA1/PA6 Pesticide licence (preferred but not essential)

We are also looking for candidates with excellent time management skills, the ability to coordinate with other operatives and contacts, and a good understanding of Health & Safety principles.
