As part of our ground’s maintenance team, you’ll help us ensure that our communities are safe and well looked after. You’ll work with the team to make sure the green spaces in our communities are well maintained, litter free and places that families are proud to call home.

What you’ll bring to our team

You’ll love working outdoors and take pride in a job well done. You’ll be enthusiastic, willing to learn, and open to trying new approaches. You’ll spend your days mowing, trimming and maintaining our community spaces, working with your team to improve the service by sharing new ideas and suggestions.

What we’re looking for

• Experience of working in a ground’s maintenance role including mowing, weed control, hedge trimming, and tree management.
• Experience of landscaping and path and hardstanding maintenance.

Full driving licence required.
