The post covers on-site supervision at multiple sites with responsibilities for mentoring staff and ensuring service delivery meets customer standards and targets.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations in a corporate environment.
• Grounds Maintenance experience with site operations.
• Experience leading a team or demonstrable leadership ability.

Responsabilités

• Supervise local on-site grounds maintenance team and provide direction.
• Mentor team members and deliver constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure customer standards and targets are met and time on site is recorded.
• Maintain a positive customer experience across contracted sites.
