You will manage 15–20 mobile staff, require a clean driving license, and travel within the M1 corridor as needed. Salary is 40k–45k with company vehicle, package, and a bonus of up to 10%.

Job description

A Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager is required from around the Milton Keynes/Bedford/Cambridge area by one of the UK's leading Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance Specialists.

The role is for a contracts manager in the Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance industry and the role is to carry out all associated tasks and you will be required to travel as and when needed within the region.

The role is covering the M1 corridor area from Milton Keynes to Cambridge and you will be managing 15 to 20 people,

A drivers license is essential and the salary is 40k to 45k + vehicle and package and a bonus of up to 10% of the salary.

The role requires a drivers license, experience in the same role in this industry, experience leading mobile teams and good people management skills.
