Job summary

PPM Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Grounds Maintenance Contracts Manager in the Bromsgrove area. The role supports the contracts manager and requires travel within the region as needed. A strong horticulture background and supervisory experience are preferred.

Ideal candidates have extensive horticulture qualifications and a driving licence. The package includes a salary around £32k with benefits.

Qualifications

• Horticulture degree(s) or diplomas listed in the posting.
• Relevant health and safety qualifications preferred.
• Experience in grounds maintenance or related field advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the contracts manager with duties and administration.
• Travel within the region as required.
• Support delivery of maintenance contracts and client liaison.
